Particulate Sequential Sampler - PM2,5/ PM10

IME SA provides a wide range of Particulate Sequential Samplers exclusively dedicated for Monitoring and Air Quality according to the particulates you intend to analyze.

 

The Particulate Sequential Sampler PM 2,5/PM10 was designed for indoor and outdoor usage, at all temperatures and environmental conditions due to its 1,5mm stainless steel sheet metal enclosure.

 

The outdoor version of the sampler can be blocked. The indoor version of the sampler can be installed into a 19” rack.

 

IME SA usually integrates the particulate sampler in its fixed or mobile monitoring stations offering a complete solution for Monitoring and Air Quality analysis.

 

 MEASURING PRINCIPLE:

 

• Temperature and pressure-compensated orifice plate according to Bernoulli’s law.

 

FEATURES:

 

• Inlets for the following flow rates: 3m3/h or 6m3/h;
• Information available on the display in m3/h with a 0,01m3 sensitivity;
• Possibility of holding 17 blank filters and 17 filters with samples simultaneously;
• The complete sampling system up to the filter is cooled by sheath air, therefore no changes occur in the sample collected in the filter, even after all the collecting process;
• The air temperature is measured directly after the filter so that in case of a temperature drop below the dew point in winter, the filter temperature will increase in order to avoid any condensation.

 

OTHER FEATURES:

 

• Uncontrolled flow rates: 3,3m3/h or 5,5 m3/h;
• Controlled flow rates: 1,0-1,6-2,0-2,3 m3/h or 2,3-3,0-3,5-4,0 m3/h;
• Sampling time: minimum 1h and maximum 168h per filter;
• Noise level according to DIN 2058 « 35dBA.
